Key Responsibilities

•Build close and strategic engagement with business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective cybersecurity solutions and risk mitigation strategies.
•Work closely with business leaders, understand their technical environments and business goals, and translate them into security requirements and risk considerations.
•Lead security assessments within the different business units/sites and have a good understanding of the business security maturity.
•Define and drive the cybersecurity solution roadmap, based on business priorities, business IT environments and architecture, regulatory requirements and aligning with enterprise architecture.
•Be an integral part of the Business engagement team to be the primary liaison between security and business stakeholders.
•Foster a culture of collaboration and trust, building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
•Be part of a high-performing team, promoting continuous learning, ownership, and leadership across the cybersecurity organization.
•Stay ahead of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory trends, proactively adapting strategies and solutions.
