- Define how European category strategy translates into Consumer Direct channel and drive digital journeys
- Partner with SEO/GEO, CRM and Consumer Care teams to drive discovery and loyalty
- Analyze consumer site movement and run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and basket value
- Collaborate with European Marketing and digital teams to brief and coordinate content across digital touchpoints
- Take responsibility for performance of specific Personal Health categories/propositions
- Collaborate with merchandising planning for inventory and planning
- Brief and run digital campaigns using data for growth recommendations
- Identify and launch promotional activities driving incremental sales while safeguarding profitability
- Ensure product details are accurate and optimized for conversion
- Lead initiatives for operational excellence and process improvement across categories and markets
