Key Responsibilities

  • •Define how European category strategy translates into Consumer Direct channel and drive digital journeys
  • •Partner with SEO/GEO, CRM and Consumer Care teams to drive discovery and loyalty
  • •Analyze consumer site movement and run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and basket value
  • •Collaborate with European Marketing and digital teams to brief and coordinate content across digital touchpoints
  • •Take responsibility for performance of specific Personal Health categories/propositions
  • •Collaborate with merchandising planning for inventory and planning
  • •Brief and run digital campaigns using data for growth recommendations
  • •Identify and launch promotional activities driving incremental sales while safeguarding profitability
  • •Ensure product details are accurate and optimized for conversion
  • •Lead initiatives for operational excellence and process improvement across categories and markets
