Key Responsibilities

•Formulate and execute multi-year product roadmaps, combining market research, user data and customer feedback into high-impact software and hardware initiatives.
•Work side-by-side with R&D, Software/Hardware Engineering and UX/UI teams to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements, technical specifications and user stories.
•Drive product positioning, define pricing models and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales on launch strategies, product demos and annual Product Days.
•Partner directly with key global accounts, researchers and scientific leaders to pilot, validate and co-develop next-generation products in real-world environments.
•Champion the voice of the customer internally, establishing clear KPIs for product releases and driving continuous improvement across Engineering, Sales and Application teams.
