Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship content daily: cut shorts/reels from long-form footage, write hooks and captions, and post directly.
- Own the channels end to end: content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking.
- Hunt what works: proactively test hooks, formats, and posting times; kill underperforming formats fast.
- Leverage AI (Claude Code) to automate repurposing, generate caption/hook variations, and build lightweight pipelines.
- Read the data: live in native platform analytics and GA4; double down on what compounds.
- Contribute to growth loops: work with Growth and Content to spot winning angles and feed them back into new formats.
