Key Responsibilities
- Build & ship experiments (CRO & A/B Testing): design, launch, and analyze A/B tests
- Leverage AI (Claude Code, n8n/Make) to build prompt pipelines, generate creatives, and automate workflows
- Build funnels & assets: landing pages in Webflow, automations, tracking setup
- Hunt friction: proactively identify drop-off points and ship fixes
- Read the data: use GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity to find insights and kill vanity metrics
- Contribute to channels & growth loops: test new acquisition angles and optimize retention, referral, content-to-product loops
