Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall day to day renewal operations of assigned territory and direct reports (4-6)
  • •Motivate team to drive pipeline development and revenues through renewal sales efforts leveraging the partner network
  • •Accurately forecast to leadership teams and drive a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • •Coaching and development of subordinates, bi-weekly 1 to 1's
  • •Supervise and assist direct reports on large deals through to completion
  • •Evaluate and document direct reports based on Key Metrics and goals set by Leadership
  • •Monitor outbound efforts of renewals reps by tracking and reporting weekly activities
  • •Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new opportunities
  • •Provide accurate ongoing reporting through continuous update and maintenance of reports in Salesforce and other tools
  • •Provide support for renewal escalations and assigned districts
