Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall day to day renewal operations of assigned territory and direct reports (4-6)
- Motivate team to drive pipeline development and revenues through renewal sales efforts leveraging the partner network
- Accurately forecast to leadership teams and drive a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Coaching and development of subordinates, bi-weekly 1 to 1's
- Supervise and assist direct reports on large deals through to completion
- Evaluate and document direct reports based on Key Metrics and goals set by Leadership
- Monitor outbound efforts of renewals reps by tracking and reporting weekly activities
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new opportunities
- Provide accurate ongoing reporting through continuous update and maintenance of reports in Salesforce and other tools
- Provide support for renewal escalations and assigned districts
