Key Responsibilities

•Own large technical decisions and designs, keeping architecture coherent, scalable, and fit for a medical product.
•Develop software hands-on across the full stack, setting the bar for quality.
•Coach and mentor colleagues through design reviews, pairing, and supporting internal growth tracks.
•Contribute to and critically review work across all parts of the codebase to reduce single points of failure.
•Write and review professional, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices for medical applications.
•Own large portions of the codebase, contributing to planning their expansion, integration, and maintenance.
•Use AI tooling wisely and responsibly to assist in writing good code.
•Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, such as hospital IT staff.
