Key Responsibilities

•Lead client discovery engagements end-to-end, from intake through to go/no-go presentation.
•Facilitate deep-dive sessions with operational and management stakeholders.
•Map current processes, systems and data flows across ERP, legacy tooling and informal workarounds.
•Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities and translate them into a phased roadmap.
•Build the business case: ROI, break-even, pricing, and the proposal for the follow-up trajectory.
•Present the discovery output to senior client stakeholders and close the follow-on engagement.
•Use AI tooling (Fireflies, Claude, Gemini) actively during and after sessions.
•Work closely with product, engineering and design teams to ensure scope is buildable and pricing is honest.
•Help shape the discovery practice itself, contributing templates, frameworks and patterns that scale.
