Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client discovery engagements end-to-end, from intake through to go/no-go presentation.
  • •Facilitate deep-dive sessions with operational and management stakeholders.
  • •Map current processes, systems and data flows across ERP, legacy tooling and informal workarounds.
  • •Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities and translate them into a phased roadmap.
  • •Build the business case: ROI, break-even, pricing, and the proposal for the follow-up trajectory.
  • •Present the discovery output to senior client stakeholders and close the follow-on engagement.
  • •Use AI tooling (Fireflies, Claude, Gemini) actively during and after sessions.
  • •Work closely with product, engineering and design teams to ensure scope is buildable and pricing is honest.
  • •Help shape the discovery practice itself, contributing templates, frameworks and patterns that scale.
