You own the full breadth of the osapiens HUB for your geography, deliver tailored demonstrations, manage proofs-of-concept, and carry local market intelligence back into Product and the wider SE organization.

•Be the Solution Engineering owner of your country’s enterprise opportunities at osapiens.
•Deliver tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB adapted to the buying culture, language and procurement norms of your country.
•Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept in your region.
•Confidently navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
•Be the trusted owner of functional RFPs, RFIs, and IT-Integration topics.
•Own the competitive picture in your country and curate the local reference base.
•Represent osapiens at local industry events, customer roundtables and partner forums.
•Default to being on-site: customers, partners, local events.
•Actively use relationships with local SI partners, advisory firms and industry associations.
•Partner closely with Account Executives on deal strategy, multi-threading and stakeholder mapping.
•Feed structured prospect insights back to Product Management.
•Mentor more junior SEs and contribute to enablement content.
