Key Responsibilities

•Develop and realize photonic subsystem solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.
•Translate product and subsystem requirements into photonic designs meeting performance, reliability, manufacturability, scalability, and cost objectives.
•Design, develop, integrate, and validate photonic components and subsystems, including fiber-optic assemblies, optical sources, detectors, and associated instrumentation.
•Execute optical measurement, characterization, and validation activities to verify subsystem performance and identify improvements.
•Analyze test results, draw conclusions, provide recommendations, validate results, and implement improvements.
•Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams for subsystem integration and product performance.
•Apply structured problem-solving techniques to investigate technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
