Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Data & AI team of around four people across analytics, data engineering, and AI operations.
- Shape the Data & AI strategy, prioritize projects, and define the tech stack.
- Put legal, privacy, and quality guardrails in place.
- Help teams across OpenUp become more confident and capable in using AI.
- Spend roughly half time leading and coaching the team, and half working directly on high-impact projects.
- Shape the AI operating model.
- Dive into complex data models, improve capacity forecasting, or help rethink data use in pricing and commercial decisions.
