•Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication
•Schedule and coordinate interviews and recruitment events
•Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
•Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters, and interview feedback summaries
•Assist with campus and virtual recruiting events (logistics, outreach, and follow-up)
•Support on recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
•Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content
•Support ad-hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvement efforts
