Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10+ Test Engineers for development of System on Chip Automotive Radar products across multiple sites.
- Support test engineering activities during New Product Introduction (NPI) and product ramp-up.
- Accountable for deliveries (quality & timewise) of test contents in Digital, Memory, Security, and High-Speed IO domains.
- Drive alignments with other Test Engineering managers, Product Engineering, Program Management, DfT and Validation team leaders.
- Develop, coach and mentor team to foster culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
