Key Responsibilities
- Gathering requirements for IC field failure root-cause characterization
- Literature survey to understand existing state of the art and potential areas for innovation
- Developing preliminary data mining/analysis techniques, including natural language processing and image classification/segmentation agents applied to IC field failure reports
- Training these agents on a subset of IC field failures to create a machine learning model to categorize a much larger universe of failures
