Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute characterization plans
- Co-develop qualification plans with Quality
- Drive design of hardware required for characterization, qualification, and testing
- Ensure DfX methods are introduced in the design
- Execute and optimize in-depth data analysis on test data
- Drive strategic, horizontal and/or innovation topics
- Interface with Test Engineering to ensure test coverage meets quality standards
- Evaluate producibility with optimized yield and cost
- Interface with manufacturing sites to ramp product into high volume manufacturing
- Prepare tools and flow for handling customer complaints and quality incidents
