- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and identify AI opportunities.
- Shape transformation opportunities into business cases, roadmaps, and actionable initiatives.
- Drive enterprise transformation by advising changes to operating models and governance structures.
- Guide initiatives through the end-to-end transformation lifecycle.
- Drive transparent prioritization and portfolio steering, preparing executive-level reporting.
- Bring together stakeholders across business, technology, data, legal, security, compliance, governance, and risk functions.
- Embed responsible AI, governance, risk management, and compliance principles into initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, managing dependencies and risks.
- Strengthen NXP's transformation capabilities, frameworks, and ways of working.
