Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on IT support to end users (primarily in Boxmeer and occasionally other sites), ensuring a high-quality user experience
- Act as a back-up for local site support (e.g. Amersfoort), stepping in independently when needed
- Handle and resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, including troubleshooting hardware, software and workplace tools
- Support workplace services improvements, testing and implementation of new solutions within the endpoint environment
- Collaborate with global IT teams and external partners (e.g. service providers), supporting ticket resolution and continuous improvement
- Support local IT tasks (e.g. basic network/device checks, on-site troubleshooting) and occasionally contribute to projects or migrations
