Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the LabVantage LIMS application.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist with development, testing, and implementation of software solutions and system integrations in collaboration with the LIMS vendor.
- Ensure data integrity and database management, supporting SQL-based solutions.
- Provide ongoing user training and support to ensure effective system adoption.
