Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing key commercial agreements (supply and offtake agreements, tolling agreements, PPAs, realisation agreements, EPC contracts) and supporting clients in negotiations.
- Advising on the development of (renewable) energy projects.
- Advising on regulatory frameworks shaping the energy market, including licensing and permitting.
- Preparing legal analyses and memoranda on complex contractual and regulatory issues.
- Advising on energy-related M&A and banking transactions (acquisitions, divestments, project financing) relating to renewable energy projects.
