Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the full employee lifecycle – From onboarding to offboarding, ensuring positive experiences throughout.
  • •Act as a strategic partner – Align HR initiatives with business objectives and support organisational changes.
  • •Lead core HR operations – Manage payroll, leaves, benefits, and ensure labour law compliance in the Netherlands, Portugal, and Sweden.
  • •Enhance team performance and enable success – Foster collaboration, and lead performance management processes, including feedback cycles and goal-setting.
  • •Foster employee engagement – Promote a culture of trust, autonomy, innovation, and open feedback, ensuring inclusion and belonging for all.
  • •Serve as a trusted point of contact – Provide guidance on policies, workplace concerns, and career development.
  • •Collaborate on key HR programs – Work with the broader People team to implement initiatives around onboarding, benefits, wellness, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging (DEIB), and employee recognition.
