Key Responsibilities
- Create code/script in Python coupled with finite element simulations to optimize printing parameters
- Prevent overheating to improve print quality
- Conduct literature study on parameters affecting temperature distribution and thermal gradients
- Investigate ways to control thermal behavior using variable process parameters
- Demonstrate with thermal simulation model
- Verify/validate simulations with literature, thermal measurement data, or thermal camera imaging data
