Key Responsibilities
- Work with Partner Sales Managers to support sales with Microsoft Channel Partners and MSPs.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and execute AVD/M365 deployments using Nerdio Manager.
- Help partners with first several account implementations.
- Contribute to metrics for go-lives and partner implementation.
- Provide technical assistance for pre-sale and onboarding via screenshare sessions.
- Serve as escalation resource for in-scope support team.
- Assist support engineers with trouble tickets and problem solving.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical product demos and provide guidance on AVD and Modern Work.
- Collaborate to maintain, design, and enhance tools and processes.
- Contribute to product enhancements and new features.
- Document support cases, solutions, and best practices.
