Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end transport of IT hardware across APAC lanes
•Coordinate air freight and road transport scheduling and carrier selection
•Handle RMA and RMS shipments within APAC region
•Manage equipment transfers between warehouses and data centers
•Maintain visibility over active shipments and resolve transit issues
•Develop contingency plans and alternative routing strategies
•Manage time-critical air freight shipments
•Coordinate with data center operations teams for staging and deployment
•Maintain in-transit inventory records and chain-of-custody documentation
•Manage shipment documentation in Jira, TMS, or equivalent
•Manage customs documentation and clearance for cross-border shipments
•Process and reconcile logistics invoices
•Work with security team to establish secure shipment protocols
•Ensure compliance with APAC regulations and customs procedures
•Manage duties, taxes, and customs declarations
•Maintain audit-ready documentation for SOX and external compliance
•Establish and enforce SLAs and KPIs with carriers and 3PL partners
•Identify and escalate compliance gaps
•Partner with hardware engineering, procurement, finance, and data center operations
•Collaborate with OEM suppliers in Taiwan
•Act as primary escalation point for transport issues
•Work with global transport team for alignment
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives
•Forecast transportation demand across APAC
•Identify cost optimization opportunities
•Track and report on regional logistics costs
•Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and dashboards
