Key Responsibilities

•Lead large cross-team security initiatives from planning to delivery
•Break down complex security programs into phases, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans
•Coordinate execution across multiple engineering and platform teams, ensuring alignment and momentum
•Translate product requirements into clear, actionable workstreams for engineering teams
•Build and maintain project plans, documentation, decision logs, and technical context
•Run regular project syncs and reviews - track progress, identify blockers early, and drive mitigation
•Own timeline tracking and delivery forecasting - proactively highlight risks and trade-offs
•Partner closely with Product Managers to orchestrate execution across multiple teams
•Improve delivery transparency through clear status reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication
•Ensure cross-team dependencies are surfaced early and resolved before becoming blockers
