Key Responsibilities
- Own the vertical roadmap, deciding where to invest and what to ship.
- Shape the product surface on top of the data for specific customer jobs.
- Find and evaluate data providers for each vertical.
- Conduct customer discovery to understand workflows and translate into specs.
- Define what a good answer looks like in each use case with the evaluation team.
- Work with customer success to learn customer needs and churn reasons.
- Partner with the search owner on result ranking and shaping.
