Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and evolve the People Systems roadmap
- Align with HiBob vendor, tracking product roadmap and influencing priorities
- Translate pain points into enhancement requests for HiBob and other systems
- Partner with HR leadership through business review cadence
- Review and create end-user documentation
- Coordinate People Systems activities for M&A
- Identify and implement automation and self-service improvements
- Support implementation of AI-driven support solutions
- Act as deputy to People Systems Manager
