Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical projects independently from scoping and data modelling through to delivery and iteration.
- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Design and implement dashboards for SWE, SRE, and frontend teams.
- Analyse large-scale hardware telemetry and operational data to identify bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities.
- Support the automation roadmap by quantifying impact and modelling scenarios.
- Collaborate with HW RnD, IT Operations, DC Operations, Logistics, and other teams.
- Raise analytical standards through documentation, metric definitions, code reviews, and mentoring.
