Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the ERP Functional Application Manager to design and implement Oracle NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.
•Configure and customize NetSuite modules and related applications to meet specific business needs.
•Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns related to Oracle NetSuite functionality.
•Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
•Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle NetSuite.
•Collaborate with implementation partner teams for advanced issue resolution and bug fixes.
•Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
•Troubleshoot integration issues and liaise with technical teams for resolution.
•Assist in the development of custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance functionality of Oracle NetSuite.
•Collaborate with developers to implement advanced customizations and integrations.
