Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and DC Management.
•Deliver hiring for technicians, engineers, operations and first-line management roles across multiple EMEA markets.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future data centre launches.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and labour market challenges.
•Drive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and agency partnerships where appropriate.
•Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and candidate experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.
•Work closely with Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Operations to ensure an efficient hiring process.
•Provide market insight to hiring managers on candidate availability, compensation and competitor activity.
•Support regional hiring campaigns and workforce mobilisation as new data centres come online.
•Build long-term relationships within the data centre community and develop future talent pipelines.
