•Shaping and executing the Technology Transformation within Daily banking
•Translating, propagating and embedding NN-Group-wide technology initiatives
•Providing hierarchical leadership to +-20 technology employees
•Developing teams and technology employees
•Creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
•Managing the entire Savings & Bancassurance product value chain from a technology perspective
•Ensuring continuous availability, performance and stability of the 24/7 Savings & Bancassurance product chain
•Balancing IT Operations, change and innovation activities
•Translating the Savings & Bancassurance product roadmap into a technology delivery roadmap
•Ensuring effective execution of the domain project and change portfolio
•Managing and controlling IT vendors
•Ensuring compliance and performance of IT vendors' SLA services
•Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Ensuring technology functions within risk appetite and regulations such as DORA
•Establishing IT frameworks for quality of products, processes, services and solutions
•Ensuring correct data registration and identifying opportunities for analysis and automation
