Key Responsibilities
- Own hands-on Salesforce configuration and automation (Flows, validation rules, fields, layouts, permissions).
- Troubleshoot issues end-to-end, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Improve documentation and change management for critical workflows.
- Build and improve workflows across lead routing, opportunity management, CPQ-adjacent processes, approvals, and forecasting hygiene.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and ship pragmatic solutions.
- Balance speed and quality: deliver quick wins while improving system architecture.
- Support Partner Operations and Customer Success Operations with scalable Salesforce workflows.
- Run structured intake and prioritization for Salesforce requests.
- Improve data quality and operational visibility through better schema design, governance, and reporting.
