•Lead on-site deployment workstreams from executive kickoff to closeout
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineer to turn customer problems into adopted workflows
•Guide customers in implementing automation operating and governance model
•Map business processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities
•Develop and manage automation roadmap with prioritization and ROI logic
•Build business cases by estimating impact and connecting automation to executive priorities
•Build trust across technical teams, operators, executives, and decision-makers
•Identify upsell and expansion signals and hand them to Customer Success
•Feed learnings into internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and repeatable deployment motions
