Key Responsibilities
- Lead and take full ownership of complex, high-value tenders.
- Manage the full tender lifecycle: qualification, strategy development, execution, submission and negotiation.
- Help to define winning bid strategies, pricing approaches and commercial positioning.
- Translate client Scope of Work into clear execution strategies and cost structures.
- Identify, assess and manage commercial, technical and contractual risks.
- Coordinate and align input from engineering, operations, legal, procurement, HSEQ and finance.
- Lead client interactions during the tender phase, including clarifications and negotiations.
- Drive RFQ processes and evaluate supplier and subcontractor proposals.
- Prepare and present tender reviews and key decision points to senior management.
- Ensure effective handover to Project Management, supporting a smooth transition into execution.
- Mentor and coach tender team members and contribute to continuous improvement of tendering processes.
