Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence initiatives: identify inefficiencies, run root-cause analysis, deliver scalable process improvements.
- Manage scope, plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder actions across multiple initiatives.
- Translate operational needs into clear requirements for system/process changes.
- Identify where AI tools and automation can reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Lead GxP/CSV related implementations, ensuring documentation, test evidence, and training.
- Drive adoption through practical rollouts respecting operational workload constraints.
- Create and maintain high-quality process documentation (process maps, SOPs, templates).
- Develop training materials and deliver/coordinate training to sustain process changes.
- Define KPIs per initiative, measure, track, analyze trends, and report impact.
