Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and keeping the technical maintenance plan on track, both short-term and long-term (including OPEX and CAPEX)
- Making sure all technical work meets class rules, flag state requirements, and operational needs
- Coordinating maintenance activities with the Operations team so plans match reality
- Preparing and managing repairs and dry-docking projects from start to finish
- Keeping a close eye on spare parts and critical components
- Checking the overall technical condition of the tugboats through inspections and follow-up
- Making sure technical documentation is accurate, clear, and up to date
