Key Responsibilities

•Commission and deploy robotic systems both in-house and at customer facilities, ensuring quality, reliability, and safety
•Configure and integrate industrial robots, robot controllers, Mujin controllers, vision systems, sensors, tooling, and peripheral equipment
•Drive the setup of electrical, mechanical, and communication interfaces required for system operation
•Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget
•Support the creation of proposals, bills of materials, engineering estimates, and risk assessments
•Work directly with customers during acceptance testing, resolving open issues, and verifying system performance
•Provide both on-site and remote technical support for deployed systems and troubleshoot integration issues
•Mentor and guide technicians and junior engineers during commissioning activities
•Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal tools, processes, and standard operating procedures
•Create and optimize robot tasks and application workflows using Mujin software
•Verify system functionality, safety, and readiness before customer handover
•Troubleshoot robots, controls, vision systems, tooling, and electrical interfaces to identify and resolve root causes
•Capture deployment learnings and contribute to continuous improvements of Mujin solutions and engineering processes
