Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice, draft and negotiate documentation for structured solution transactions.
- Review, draft and negotiate transaction documents, term-sheets, and client presentations.
- Manage derivatives documentation including GMRA, ISDA, CSA.
- Advise business units on structuring and setting up new complex products.
- Directly interact with clients in negotiating agreements and explaining products.
- Advise on legal, regulatory and reputational issues in transactions.
- Participate in industry forums and working groups.
- Manage engagement of law firms and legal spend efficiently.
