Key Responsibilities

•Support origination and execution of securitised products for corporate clients, focusing on trade receivables transactions.
•Assist or assume responsibility for execution of securitisation transaction renewals, amendments, and waivers.
•Contribute to origination and execution for financial institution or esoteric clients as needed.
•Participate in execution of securitisation and receivables financing products for JCIB clients.
•Analyse structural risk memoranda and reports, review legal documentation, perform cash flow modelling, conduct due diligence.
•Lead or support deal closing processes with accurate documentation and communication.
•Liaise directly with clients at counterpart level, respond to queries, ensure exceptional service.
•Maintain current knowledge of regulatory issues and market developments.
•Cultivate strong relationships across departments for inter-departmental collaboration.
•Support senior originators in advancing the public ABS franchise in EMEA.
