•Support the development, enhancement and day-to-day management of Transaction Banking products across their lifecycle.
•Contribute to product initiatives by translating business requirements into practical solutions and supporting delivery execution.
•Manage and coordinate projects related to product development, platform improvements, and process optimisation.
•Work closely with sales teams to provide product expertise, support client discussions, and develop sales and marketing materials.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, technology, risk) to ensure efficient and consistent product delivery.
•Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement based on client feedback and market trends.
•Represent the bank at industry forums, client meetings, and external events.
•Maintain awareness of regulatory developments, market trends, and competitive landscape.
•Support the preparation of business cases, product documentation, and governance materials.
