Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.
- Design and build user-focused Power BI dashboards.
- Work backward from reporting needs to define supporting data models and pipelines.
- Develop and maintain Power BI data models with star schema design and DAX optimization.
- Interpret financial datasets (balance sheet, P&L, journal entries, ledger).
- Build and maintain data pipelines using PySpark and SQL on Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
- Own testing and validation across the full data lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
