Key Responsibilities

•Quotes, processes and monitors repair orders of products.
•Prepares and distributes reports regarding KPIs and other administrative tasks.
•Supports the Order Processing Officer and Inside Sales with sales activities for new spares and customer orders.
•Prepares sales/repair orders, handles telephone inquiries, performs follow-up activity, record keeping, and other duties associated with customer accounts.
•Assures operational excellence through effective repair process in collaboration with internal Sales, Service, Operations, Trade compliance officer and accurate processing of order data.
•Works closely with the Order Processing Officer and the Administrative Assistant.
•Ensures correctness and completeness of repair info.
•Provides excellent delivery performance on agreed delivery and lead times by monitoring and escalating issues.
•Supports operational execution of a value stream of product families including spares & repairs with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, A&T and Logistics.
•Acts as order processing backup during absence of the Order Processing Officer.
•Pro-actively participates in continuous improvement programs (Lean) of order fulfillment and repair process.
