•Establish clear workflows, milestones, and governance structures to support delivery efficiency.
•Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
•Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.
•Act as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges, proactively resolving issues to maintain momentum.
•Ensure consistent execution quality across all deliverables and touchpoints.
•Support the integration of AI-enabled tools and workflows into delivery.
•Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, speed, or quality of execution.
•Collaborate with teams to implement practical, scalable AI solutions within ongoing programs.
•Monitor and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
