Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project life cycle from briefing, creative development, to delivery
- Develop and help define processes both internally and across multiple agencies and their teams
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across assigned marketing programs
- Partner with account management and finance on scoping and budget needs
- Ensure the appropriate resources are in place and manage their time day to day and hour to hour
- Work closely with teams to deliver on the project scope of deliverables
- Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team
- Manage trafficking creative for client review and feedback
- Track project changes and their impact on the cost/timeframe of project delivery
- Review project hours burn reports for program accuracy and risks
