•Building the Growth Center: designing, managing, and coordinating Momo’s Growth Center, creating onboarding checklists, initiating biweekly check-ins, and gathering needs from teams.
•Facilitating Work Sessions: turning complex themes into creative, engaging, and scalable work sessions, and continuously improving them.
•Driving Process & Planning: owning the timeline, structure, and consistency of learning tracks and worksessions.
•Collaborating closely with the CEO, Team Leads, New Markets, Marketing and Communication, and Care Teams.
