Key Responsibilities
- Build a robust, scalable compliance framework across AML/CFT, sanctions, and governance
- Develop clear, actionable policies and controls translating PSD2/3, AMLD6 and EBA Guidelines into practical business requirements
- Conduct proactive risk assessments and thematic reviews to identify and close compliance gaps
- Embed compliance into product development lifecycles by working with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Operations
- Prepare high-quality regulatory reporting and senior management deliverables
- Lead and develop a team of junior and mid-level compliance officers through mentorship and coaching
