•Define the team's way of working and set OKRs aligned with Mollie Connect's strategic priorities.
•Align with Partner Management team leads to ensure seamless collaboration across commercial and technical workstreams.
•Lead upmarket pre-sales and upsell engagements, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
•Develop and refine the team's consultative selling approach for larger, more complex platform partners.
•Stay hands-on with complex integrations, particularly multi-entity setups with compliance, regulatory, or architectural challenges.
•Guide the team in supporting partners from integration design through technical validation and go-live.
•Represent the voice of platform partners in product discussions and contribute to shaping the Mollie Connect roadmap.
•Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Partner Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure solutions reflect real-world partner needs.
