Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing Service Desk operation in Amsterdam with strong SLA adherence and consistent support quality.
- Manage smooth, secure onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across multiple European offices.
- Coach and mentor team members to raise technical capability and operational ownership.
- Improve internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and maintain a knowledge base.
- Produce regular operational reporting on ticket trends, SLA performance, backlog health, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce operational friction.
