Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies addressing capacity planning, production location decisions, and network optimization.
- Support business execution of new programs, including promotional activities, forecasting, coordination for key events, product launches, and network redesigns.
- Monitor sales and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain effectiveness.
- Analyze complex problems, recommend solutions, and enhance processes, systems, or products to improve performance.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members, and oversee projects or processes as needed.
- Communicate and influence senior internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
