- Provide HR support to designated employee population within the region.
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with people leaders, promoting world-class HR practices.

- Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen business capabilities.
- Advise on compensation planning, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Champion an exceptional end-to-end employee experience.
- Coach and guide managers on a broad range of employee lifecycle matters.
- Support leaders through annual performance cycles, ensuring consistency in goal setting and evaluations.
- Lead change management efforts, including communication planning and transition support.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
- Utilize HR data analytics and metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
