Key Responsibilities
- Process daily pump and sensor orders, warranty forms and WeCare registrations
- Handle phone-based communication mainly with people with diabetes, wholesalers and healthcare providers
- Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Support
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming requests
- Actively monitor and follow up on open opportunities to ensure sales progression
- Ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions
